Brisbane Airport duty free: electrical and lighting maintenance
Ongoing electrical and lighting maintenance for a high-traffic duty free retail floor inside the Brisbane Airport terminal, delivered airside under airport induction and security requirements.
Vogue Services Group provides airport retail electrical and air conditioning services at Brisbane Airport, QLD for Lotte Duty Free, Brisbane Airport Corporation.
Scope
- Reactive and planned electrical maintenance across the retail floor, display fixtures and back-of-house
- Display and feature lighting maintenance, including LED driver and fitting replacement in branded cosmetics and fragrance fixtures
- Test and tag, RCD testing and emergency lighting checks to the landlord's compliance schedule
- Night and early-morning works scheduled around trading and flight peaks
The challenge
An airport terminal is a controlled environment. Every technician needs an ASIC or escort, every tool goes through screening, and work has to fit between the first and last flights without a single fixture left dark when the doors open.
