Do you charge extra to travel to the Gold Coast?

Do short-stay and holiday rentals need compliant smoke alarms?
Yes. Any Queensland dwelling that is leased, including short-stay accommodation, must have interconnected photoelectric alarms and must be tested within 30 days before a tenancy. We keep the test record for the owner and the manager.
Can you handle a whole rent roll on the Gold Coast?
Yes. Send us the property list and we load every lease date, schedule the visits in batches and send a certificate per property to your office.
